Rachel's career has been focused on bringing people together through music festivals, large-scale sporting events, corporate events, and documentary projects. As a producer, she's felt the magic of holding the attention of hundreds of thousands of people through the power of creativity.

Over her 24-year career in the industry, she came to understand one fundamental truth about business success: I was only as good as the well-being of my production team. When we care for each other, we take care of the production.

When we take care of ourselves, we are more productive. When we care for ourselves, we can create new possibilities. That’s when we can make shit happen.

Now, as a Master Coach, Rachel helps creative agencies and production studios do just that. Rachel is an ICF-certified coach trained in mindfulness, yoga, and wellness techniques. Her practice is trauma-informed and built for ADHD-ers like herself.

In her coaching practice, she help clients deconstruct stories, limiting beliefs, damaging patterns, and past traumas so they can create new possibilities for themselves and do the world-changing work only they can do.

Rachel brings a hefty toolbox to every session to help pick apart old thoughts, chase demons, question internal dictators, and integrate what happened in the past, so moving forward is possible.

Rachel also specializes in workplace conflict resolution, group sessions, and workshops.

Many of her clients identify as one or more of the following:

* Creatives
* Freelancers
* Executives
* Leaders
